Frequently asked questions:

Q:Do I have to sign a long term contract?
A: No. EasyVoipCall is a pay-as-you-go service. There are no long term contracts of commitments on your part. You simply pay month-by-month. If you cancel, you’ll be billed for the current month, but you won’t be billed again.
Q:Can I change plans at any time?
A: Yes, sure. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time with no additional handling charges. We will only charge you partially for the rest of the current month for the new plan.
Q:How can i top-up my account?
A: You can buy credits from within the portal. Select “top-up” from the menu on the left, select the package you want to buy and then go to the payment page. Here you may want to pay through PAYPAL or credit card (use the link: “Don’t have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account” on the left side).
Q:Are there any hidden charges?
A: No. There are no hidden surcharges. You only pay for the calls you make beyond your free minutes. Domestic calls start at 2 cents/min and international calls start at 2.55 cents/min.
Q:Can I keep my existing numbers?
A:Generally, we are able to port your number/s to EasyVoipCall. There are however some providers and certain area codes that we are unable to port over from. More information
Q:What happens if I go over my 1000 minutes on my US/Canada plan?
A:If you go over the 1000 minutes included in the US/Canada plan you will be charged in accordance with our regular rates.
Q:Can I use my regular home phone with EasyVoipCall?
A: While many providers make you purchase a special VoIP phone, we don't. With EasyVoipCall, you may use your regular touch tone phone with our provisioned telephone adapter. We propose and support the model of PAP2 Linksys. The voip adaptor should be connected to an available port on the modem/router, which you use to connect to the internet. If there are no free ports, you should obtain a second router. Read the detailed instructions.
Q:Can I use my VoIP phone with EasyVoipCall?
A: Yes, our services are set up to function with SIP compliant VoIP phones. Please be sure that your device is not locked to another provider before trying to use it with our services.
Q:What type of internet service do I need for EasyVoipCall?
A: EasyVoipCall requires a high speed internet connection such as DSL, cable internet, or fiber optic service.
Q:Any questions?
A: If you have any questions about EasyVoipCall or the signup process, please send us an email and we'll get back to you as soon as possible.
